Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide required information and content on time
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Approve designs and concepts presented
- Not use content for illegal purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
Emirates Coders Obligations
Emirates Coders agrees to:
- Provide high-quality services according to professional standards
- Meet agreed deadlines
- Protect client information confidentiality
- Provide technical support after delivery
- Use latest technologies and standards
Payment and Financial Terms
Payment Terms
- Payment is made according to the schedule agreed in the contract
- Late payment may result in work suspension
- All prices include VAT
- Additional changes require prior approval
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of developed materials transfer to the client after full payment. Emirates Coders retains the right to use technologies and tools used in other projects.
Warranties and Support
Warranty Period
- 90-day warranty on programming errors
- Free technical support for 30 days
- Fix errors resulting from development
- Essential security updates
Contract Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in the following cases:
- Non-compliance with agreed terms
- Non-payment on specified dates
- Lack of cooperation or providing required information
- Force majeure circumstances
Limitation of Liability
Emirates Coders is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages that may result from using our services. Liability is limited to the agreed contract value.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are resolved through the competent courts in Dubai.
Modifications to Terms
Emirates Coders reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or notice on the website.
